  • What is Filmbox Live?

    Filmbox Live is an entertainment service that you can watch hundreds of movies and videos online with a single subscription.

  • Why should I subscribe?

    You can observe our movie catalogue and videos without subscribe. However, you should be a member to watch all content, creating a favorite list. You can become a member through this link.

  • How can I subscribe?

    Registration is very easy.

    Register on our website: Go to www.filmboxlive.com, click the ''Login'' button at header. Click ''Register'' button, follow the steps in the next page for registration.

    You can download our Smart TV applicaitons on related appliacation stores. Please check this link for supported devices.

  • How can I update my account info?

    If you want to update your account info please visit www.filmboxlive.com and login our service. Click your name at header. Click ''My Account'' on pull-down menu. In the next page, click the pencil icon next to the information you would like to change. You can update in pop-up page.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Please send an email with a ''Cancel'' subject to support@filmboxlive.com

  • In which countries can I use Filmbox Live service?

    Filmbox Live is available world wide. For Turkey, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, USA, Greece, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Albenia, Serbia, Crotia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Slovenia you are subscribing to local subscriptions. Login is possible with your existing e-mail and password in these countries but your subscription is only available in the country that you made your purchase. If you are visiting out of those countries, you are going to subscribe International Package which is available worldwide except the countries above.

  • Forgot password. What should I do?

    "When you click on ''Login'' button, you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you don't remember your access credentials you can check for systems emails from support@filmboxlive.com. If you can not find that email, follow these steps. Step 1: Click on ‘Forgot password’ link on login pop-up. Step 2: Complete the field with your email address. Step 3: After you enter your email address in the field, you should be able to see the following message: ‘Instructions sent to your email’ Step 4: Check your email for further instructions to reset your password. "

  • How can I change my password?

    Please visit www.filmboxlive.com. Login with your access credentials. Click your name on header, click ''My Account'' on pull-down menu. My account page will be opened. Click the pencil icon next to lock icon. Enter your preferred password in the fields: ‘New Password’ and ‘Repeat Password’. Click ''Submit''. You can use your new password.

  • What is voucher code?

    Voucher code is a custom-built code that you can use Filmbox Live for free or with a discount price. You can gain this code from various campaigns or we can apply this code to your account on periodic promotions.

  • How to use voucher code?

    You can activate your voucher code on www.filmboxlive.com, Smart TV and Android applications.

    Acticate on web site: Visit www.filmboxlive.com. Click ''Code Activation'' on header. Enter your preferred email address and the voucher code. When you see ''Your voucher code is activated successfully.'', it will be activated. Check your inbox for your access credentials; email/username and password. You can login with your credentials on any of our applications. You may change your password in ''My Account'' page.

    Activate on Smart TV applications: Please download the application on related application stores (Samsung, LG, Philips, Sony, Vestel) and start it. Click the ''Login'' buton on main page. Choose ''Register'' tab, enter your preferred email and voucher code. When you see ''Your voucher code is activated successfully.'', it will be activated. You will be logged-in our service automatically and can enjoy Filmbox Live. There is no need to enter your password or voucher code on Smart TV application again. Check your inbox for your access credentials; email/username and password. You can login with your credentials on any of our applications. You may change your password by visiting www.filmboxlive.com ''My Account'' page.

  • What is ''1 week free trial''?

    In order to experience Filmbox Live, we give you a 1 week free trial. You can use all features, watch all content unlimited. Also, you can cancel at anytime.

  • Who can use ''1 week free trial''?

    All new members can use ''1 week free trial''.

  • Why do you need my credit card info for free trial?

    Your credit card info is needed for renewal of your membership. Another reason is to avoid abuse of free trial membership from same users. This also helps us to serve better for you. Please remember, during your free trial, we'll never charge your subscription plan amount from your credit card. Only, 0.1 USD is charged to validate your credit card, after validation we refund that amount. This amount is not going to be in your credit card statement because this is only between Filmbox Live systems and your bank.

  • What will happen after ''1 week free trial''?

    If you do not cancel within 1 week, your package subscription will be renewed and monthly subsription fee will be charged from your credit card.

  • Under which circumstances, can I cancel my free trial?

    You cancel your free trial without any reason.

  • Why my credit card was declined?

    Credit or debit card can be declined in the following cases: 1. Lack of funding 2. The fraud control system flagged the user as suspicious. Please contact our Support team support@filmboxlive.com to help you resolve the problem.

  • Why the system cancels some transactions after the payment is made?

    The transaction can be canceled by our payment gateway provider due to fraudulent activity. When the system recognizes a fraudulent activity cancels the transaction and sends us a note so we can revoke access to the account/user.

  • Is payment on your site secure?

    Your contact and payment info is stored in encrypted form according to international security standards. Nobody other than you can seen these info.

  • What is ''My favorites'' and how can I use it?

    'My favorites'' is a list that you can see all your favorite content together on your main page. You can use ''Add to my list'' button in content detail pages to create your own list. If you want to remove any content on your list, go to main page, mouse over to the preferred content and click the cross sign. If you would like to remove all content from this list, go to ''My account'' page.

  • What is ''Watch list'' and how can I use it?

    In any device, if you pause while watching movies or series, you can continue watching those contents in any device. Also, you can see whole ''Watch list'' on our web site in your main page after you login. If you want to remove any content on your list, go to main page, mouse over to the preferred content and click the cross sign. If you would like to remove all content from this list, go to ''My account'' page.

  • Is there any subscription fee?

    Filmbox Live is a paid service. Monthly package subsription fee is 4,99 {currency} (This amount could increase due to bank commission fees. For detailed information please contact your bank). If you think there is a mistake on amount that you see on your credit card statement, please contact us at support@filmboxlive.com

  • How to manage my payment info?

    Login to www.filmboxlive.com. Click your username on header. Click ''My Account'' on pull-down menu. Your accont page will be opened. Click 'Credit Card' info. Than, you can update your credit card.

  • How it is going to be in my credit card statement?

  • Which movies can I watch in Filmbox Live?

    Hundreds of movies, award-winning movies, action to comedy, romantics to drama, and much more categories... You can see all movies and genres on this link.

  • Which channels can I watch in Filmbox Live?

    You can watch ''Filmbox, Docubox HD, Fashionbox HD, Fightbox HD, FastnFun, 360Tunebox, ArtHouse, Madscreenbox'' channels. You can see the details of channels through ''Channels'' button on header.

  • Are new movies added frequently?

    We add new movies monthly. Each week, we send an email about new arrivals.

  • Are there any subtitled movies?

    There are lots of movies with subtitle option in our movie catalogue. New subtitled movies are added monthly. You can see all subtitle movies by clicking the ''Categories'' button on header than choose ''Subtitled movies'' in pull-down menu.

  • Are there any dubbed movies?

    There are lots of movies with dubbed option in our movie catalogue. New dubbed movies are added monthly. You can see all dubbed movies by clicking the ''Categories'' button on header than choose ''Dubbed movies'' in pull-down menu.

  • What about the visual quality of your content?

    Visual quality of our content is set automatically according to your internet speed and the devices used. In this way, you can watch all movies, videos and live channels continuously without a hitch. Please make sure your internet connection is stable and at least 2 mbps to watch in high quality. In shared network connections, other devices that use the same internet connection (other Smart TV, PC, smart phone, etc.) may effect the speed of your connection, so it is recommended to use less those devices.

  • In which devices, can I use Filmbox Live?

  • Do I have to pay again to watch the videos on more than one device?

    No, you can use the access credentials sent to you at the time of subscription to access the video content from more than one device.

  • If I resume a movie, can I continue watching on any other device?

    Yes, you can go on watching our contents in any other devices where you paused.

  • If I delete the application, will you still charging package fee?

    Deleting any application does not effect your account. If you have any active package subscriptions, your planned subscription amounts wiil be reccuring. If you would like to cancel your package subscriptions, pleasesend an email with a ''Cancel'' subject to support@filmboxlive.com
